Provide technical support for Databricks Platform, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, assist with custom-built solutions, and contribute to customer advocacy. Requires expertise in Python, Java, Scala, SQL, Linux, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, and excellent communication skills in Japanese.
Serve as a trusted advisor and partner on organizational planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation. Facilitate core people programs, policies, and procedures for the Field Engineering team. Drive change management and learning programs. Build and align talent strategy to drive business goals. Liaison between business and People Operations team. Support employee relations issues.
