The ServiceNow ITOM Visibility Service Mapping Engineer is responsible for the rollout of the Service Mapping capability within the organization, data gathering, custom discovery patterns development, and maintaining service mapping integrity. Key responsibilities include day-to-day administration of ServiceNow Service Mapping tool, working with SMEs to capture entry point data, creating and maintaining service mapping discovery schedules, and monitoring discovery results.

Responsible for the rollout of Service Mapping capability within the organization, including day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping tool and working with application and service owners for accurate service mapping. Candidates should have at least 1 year of Configuration Management experience and knowledge of ITIL processes.
