As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Yotpo, you will lead customers through product setup, training, and program planning. You will guide customers from deployment to launch, educate them on utilizing Yotpo products, and strategize growth-oriented campaigns for them. Your responsibilities also include improving and scaling the Yotpo setup process and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
