Key responsibilities include customer service orders fulfillment, primary support for CICS TS, support on 24/7 basis, software installation, customer migration services, disaster recovery tasks, and adherence to ITSM change control procedures.

The Senior NAS Storage Engineer ensures the stability and efficient operation of NAS arrays and related storage systems. Responsibilities include organizing work in complex situations, troubleshooting storage issues, leading incident investigations, supporting the lifecycle of storage installations, and contributing to modernization of storage infrastructure.
