The Sr. Cloud Tech Strategy Manager will drive CrowdStrike's technical vision and strategy for Cloud Security CSPM and CWP product groups. This role includes developing the company's roadmap, engaging with product management and engineering, gathering feedback for product improvements, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will provide proactive technical support to strategic premium support customers, ensuring their success through onboarding, health checks, product training, and serving as an advocate internally. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, lead cross-functional teams for escalated cases, create knowledge base content, and support account expansion and renewals.
