Seeking a passionate Technical Product Manager with expertise in Agile, software industry domain, and market insight. Responsibilities include product roadmap planning, collaboration, stakeholder management, market adaptation, and team leadership. Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Collaborate with product manager and team to develop new features, maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, support automation QAs, and contribute to internal engineering groups. Must have at least 3+ years of Java programming experience and proficiency in Java, Spring, Quarkus, React, Kafka, and Postgres. Familiarity with API development, clean code practices, automation frameworks, and Scrum/Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers. Nice-to-have skills include cloud infrastructures and front-end technologies.
