As a Solutions Engineer at Refuel.ai, you will engage with customers to guide them through technical challenges, develop onboarding materials, and collaborate with engineering for feature development. You’ll leverage Python and AWS to build technical demonstrations and assist in their deployment, focusing on enhancing the customer experience with AI applications.

You will design, develop, and maintain platform features ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with machine learning and product teams to design APIs and implement user feedback. You will prototype Refuel’s applied AI functionalities to establish it as a leading data cleaning platform, and contribute to the engineering direction as the team scales.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead technical engagements post-sales, assisting customers with AI application deployment and integration. You will develop guides for leveraging the platform and collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize new features based on customer needs.
