Manage and execute HR strategies in various functional areas including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR analysis. Lead training programs, coordinate union negotiations, establish partnerships with leaders, manage benefits programs, drive innovation, lead talent management initiatives, and maintain employee engagement. Require high school education with preferred Technical College degree and 10 years' experience in the flooring industry and construction project management. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and hand skills for flooring installation required.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies in manufacturing operations. They will collaborate with site leadership teams, lead improvement projects, analyze data, and implement lean and six sigma methodologies to achieve targeted performance levels and KPIs.
