Responsibilities include overseeing leave administration, analyzing leave claims, developing systems for LOA programs, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Participate in the design, development and implementation of Identity and Access Management applications, tools, and services. Collaborate with InfoSec and Infrastructure to define IAM direction. Ensure systems compliance with security standards and have solid understanding of security frameworks.
