As a Global Process Engineer at Dedalus, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving IT processes within the infrastructure team. Support in maintaining certifications, preparing procedures, and organizing training courses. Analyze near misses, participate in HSE audits, and promote safety culture. Strong knowledge of environmental safety regulations and Italian legislation in Health and Safety required. 2-4 years of experience in HSE and project management. Desirable requirements include knowledge of English (B2), Lean methodologies, and membership in industry bodies. Strong communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills are essential. Willingness to work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
