The Smart Building Engineer III-IV role involves coordinating instrumentation and controls support, managing project teams, preparing controls design drawings and specifications, assisting in IT/Telecom infrastructure, and engaging in construction administration and client interactions. The engineer will ensure quality control, develop BMS standards, and write proposals under a senior engineer's direction.

As a BMS Engineer/Consultant-IV, you will coordinate all instrumentation and controls support activities, manage project team members, prepare drawings and specifications for various markets, and interface with clients and internal teams. You will also assist in equipment selection, proposal writing, and quality control, and represent the company in trade organizations.

The Senior Plumbing Engineer will perform design engineering, support system design, and ensure coordinated designs while engaging with clients, architects, and contractors. This role includes establishing design standards, performing fire suppression system selections, preparing specifications, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities also involve managing projects, maintaining budgets, and participating in QA/QC processes.
