The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage incoming payments, prepare and mail invoices, organize deposit receipts, reconcile cash receipts, and contact customers about outstanding invoices. They will also provide backup support for accounts payable duties, resolving discrepancies and posting invoices as needed.
