The Customer Success Specialist will support customers and potential customers with inquiries related to Laka's insurance products, assist in filing claims, coordinate with shops for repairs or replacements, and collaborate with the CX team to enhance the customer experience. The role involves collecting feedback to inform decision-making and contributing to a team-focused work environment.

In this role, you will help build and expand Laka's microservices platform and develop cloud applications/services using modern JavaScript and GoLang technologies, while also creating REST APIs and collaborating within a remote engineering team.
