As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for businesses identifying their IT challenges and connecting them with solutions. Your daily responsibilities include conducting 100-120 outbound calls, qualifying leads, setting meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline while contributing to the company’s sales goals.

The Level 2 Technician will provide advanced technical support, handle escalated issues, mentor Level 1 technicians, and ensure client systems are secure and efficient. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configurations, data protection management, and documentation to enhance client satisfaction.
