As a Database Coordinator, you will maintain and report on client databases, track timelines, and manage author comments through a publication review database and Excel spreadsheets. You will also coordinate communication among medical writers and account managers to ensure the smooth publication of medical research projects.

The Designer will work with colleagues to develop creative deliverables across digital and print channels, reporting to the Creative Director. Responsibilities include translating design concepts into graphic design solutions, managing relationships with stakeholders, and working on large client projects.
