The job involves ensuring excellent customer experience by resolving issues promptly via online communication and calls, understanding customer needs in conjunction with the SHOPLINE system, optimizing customer service processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction while minimizing complaints.

Assist in completing product UI/UX design tasks, including user interface, operation flow, interaction design, data visualization, and component library building. Learn and enhance practical skills and accumulate a portfolio of UI web and app designs. Develop cross-department communication abilities by collaborating with software engineers, marketing teams, and business development teams.

Responsible for testing and inspecting products before they go live, analyzing test reports, communicating across departments, and suggesting improvements. Establish testing environments, write and maintain test programs, and test system functionality, compatibility, performance, stress load, and reliability. Independently execute complex and repetitive tests. Attention to detail, patience, responsibility, proactive communication, and a strong work ethic are required. Experience in testing, automation, finance, logistics, or e-commerce testing is a plus.
