The Trading Operations Analyst will ensure timely settlement of equity trades, troubleshoot discrepancies, manage risks, maintain client data, and deliver excellent client service while collaborating with the team to improve workflows and processes.

You will develop various software components for the core trading system, including market data adaptors and exchange connectivity adaptors. Responsibilities range from creating software for new asset classes to enhancing existing systems with new features or improved performance. The software stack primarily uses C++ 17.

As an Execution Services / Algorithmic Trading Analyst, you will provide level 1 support to clients, monitoring execution algorithms, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in client onboarding while working in a dynamic trading environment.
