Assisting the Senior Loan Processors in gathering and organizing information for the loan file, following up on requested items, working with vendors and banks for necessary information, ensuring accuracy in loan documentation, and progressing to Loan Processor role.

As the Assistant Processing Manager at Cascade, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency and timely closing of mortgage loans, training new processors, and overseeing team pipelines. Minimum 2 years of processing experience and proficiency in Encompass are required.

Analyzing financial information, managing reconciliation process, overseeing monthly calculations, setting up department processes, implementing new accounting guidance, assisting with financial statements preparation, developing and managing team members, supporting projects.
