Lead the development of RNA-targeting drug strategies, working closely with ML Data teams and managing lab activities. Communicate updates to leadership and mentor team members while overseeing workflows and collaborations with external partners.

The RNA Biophysics Scientist will develop and implement RNA screening strategies, collaborate with leadership and teams to enhance RNA-targeted drug discovery efforts, and evaluate and integrate screening technologies for effective workflow.
