The IT Investment / CPIC Specialist will manage IT investment operations and capital planning for USDA Food and Nutrition Service, support Acquisition Approval Requests, contribute to OMB reporting, assist in budget reviews, and ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies while providing executive support.
