The Senior Policy Counsel will lead NILC's policy work by conducting equitable policy analysis, drafting legislation, and providing strategic advice. They will manage a diverse portfolio of issues, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with partner organizations on advocacy efforts to promote the rights of low-income immigrants.

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, processing expenses, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential matters and multiple priorities under pressure.
