Centralized Community Manager at KMG Prestige in Lansing or Mount Pleasant, MI. Responsibilities include providing support to onsite staff, project managers, and regional project managers, maintaining accurate records of community transactions, and utilizing organization, marketing, and communication skills. Ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience with KMG Prestige, leadership abilities, RD or HUD experience, and familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, Section 8, and tax credit. Real Estate license required.
