The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for creating and managing business requirements documents, reporting and systems development projects, and supporting user acceptance testing. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify needs, develops documentation, and provides end user support. Also involved in training materials development and may mentor less-experienced staff.

The SIU Senior Analyst will lead efforts to detect fraud in insurance claims and policies by performing data gathering, reconciliation, and visual analyses. They will develop and execute queries and applications for data analysis, support basic and major investigations, and assist in identifying fraudulent trends.
