The Product Wording Specialist supports various departments as a technical drafter, creating and updating policy wordings, certificates of insurance, and agreements. They work closely with multiple teams to ensure compliance and assist in the development and evaluation of products, while maintaining deadlines and providing training on product updates.

The Evacuation Specialist will arrange medical evacuations and repatriations, manage cases meeting Critical Care and Transport criteria, maintain service levels, and ensure timely invoicing. They provide updates to the medical team and coach junior case managers while handling customer service cases.
