What you’ll be doing:
Sales & Team Management
- Lead and manage the remote inside sales team, ensuring they effectively engage and convert leads as the first point of contact for Cove.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the current tech stack of the company (FRONT, Twilio, THM, Matterport) to maximize efficiency and deliver a best-in-class experience to potential tenants.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of conversations handled by the inside sales and field sales teams, conducting regular training and development sessions on sales techniques and tech tools.
- Set and track monthly performance targets in alignment with overall business goals.
- Continuously identify gaps, challenges and improvement opportunities within the sales process, developing and implementing strategies or solutions.
- Assist in addressing sales challenges faced by the sales team by developing and executing effective solutions.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy projects for new co-living properties to ensure competitiveness and market fit.
Market Insights & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage data analysis and historical patterns to drive strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for management for adjustments and improvements.
Customer Success & Retention
- Lead Customer Success team driving upselling, tenant retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Develop models to identify at-risk tenants and analyze tenant data to proactively plan strategies to maximize tenant retention.
- Engage with tenants to prevent early offboarding, offering solutions to encourage them to stay.
- Analyze churn data, identify key reasons for tenant move-outs, and implement measures to reduce churn and improve retention rates month-over-month (MoM).
- Generate and share detailed reports on churn trends, re-contracting success, and retention strategies to drive continuous improvements.
What makes you a great fit:
- Background in coliving/hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree of Master's in Business/Real Estate/ Hospitality preferred.
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable and able to quickly build rapport over the phone.
- Only Singaporeans/PRs based in Singapore.
