About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations Support to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting our sales teams in achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities

 

1. Sales and Marketing Support

  • Assist sales management in executing sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales volume, market share, and brand presence.
  • Coordinate and support automotive events, roadshows, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring all administrative and documentation requirements are in order.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Ensure the correct submission of marketing expense documents to the Principal and track incoming marketing support funds.
  • Oversee procurement and tendering processes to ensure compliance with organizational and Brand Principal’s Corporate Identity (CI) requirements.
  • Provide essential tools, materials, and information to support sales teams in meeting targets.

 

2. Process Optimization and Workflow Management

  • Analyze sales and marketing administrative processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operations.
  • Standardize workflows to optimize collaboration and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Align marketing campaigns and sales activities with organizational goals and available resources.

 

3. Sales Support and Resource Management

  • Track and report sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain showroom upkeep, including test-drive and roadshow vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide operational support for daily sales activities.

 

4. Marketing and CRM Operations

  • Assist the CRM team in enrolling vehicle owners into our partnership program.
  • Manage the timely production and replenishment of marketing materials to support sales efforts.

 

5. Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and brand principals.
  • Update order details in Salesforce and approve orders post-sales manager review.
  • Ensure data accuracy within various CRM programs related to partnership programs.

 

6. Vendor and Partner Management

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor vendor performance and assess service level agreements to ensure compliance with expectations.

 

7. Budget and Cost Management

  • Track marketing campaign expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance and optimize ROI.
  • Submit sales and marketing monetary support claims in a timely manner and maintain an up-to-date tracking system.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and verification of sales and marketing monetary support to be disbursed to dealers.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good team player with a pleasant disposition.
  • Proactive and possess initiative to follow through and complete work tasks.
  • Highly adaptable to changes and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
