As an Administrative Assistant, you will support business operations running smoothly in ArangoDB’s Cologne office. You will work closely with all team members of the office with clerical services and supporting tasks.
Location: Cologne, Germany. Hybrid
Work Hours: 10-15 hours per week, 2-3 days per week
About the Role
- Support ArangoDB’s Cologne office with administrative projects and responsibilities
- Assist the IT, Finance, and HR team with administrative duties
- Help team members with various internal and external research projects
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Support travel and event coordination
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment
- Maintain inventory and filing system
- Arrange and attend meetings as required
- Any other duties as assigned
Your Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of proven administrative work experience
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- An active and precise mind with great organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must
