About The Match Factory
The Match Factory is a leading global sales and production company representing films by renowned filmmakers such as Aki Kaurismäki, Alice Rohrwacher, Fatih Akin, Karim Ainouz, Christian Petzold and young emerging talents. Match Factory Productions is the executive arm of the company that takes care of the development, financing and production of international co-productions. Our films are regularly presented at festivals around the world, including Berlin, Cannes, Venice and Toronto, and have won many of the most prestigious awards. Since January 2022 we are part of MUBI.
About the role
We are looking for a Digital Infrastructure & Operations Manager to join our operations and special projects department. This role is focused on assisting the team in the practical implementation and maintenance of digital tools and processes. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to support our team’s efficiency in daily operations and gain experience in the optimisation of internal workflows and data management.
You will focus on:

Support the process of basic data reporting and analysis.

Assist with organizing data and digital systems for better internal information sharing.

Help maintain and improve existing internal digital tools and workflows to support day-to-day operations.

Support in the implementation of digital projects and process improvements.

Providing technical assistance in daily tasks.
What you will bring:

A strong interest in film and digital workflows.
-
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
-
Hands-on experience working with database systems and data administration tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Basic proficiency in programming or automation tools (e.g.,Javascript, Python, SQL, or workflow automation software) is a plus.

Experience with project coordination and operational problem-solving.

A proactive and collaborative working style, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
