About the role:

·  Ogury's publisher group is looking for a Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to oversee and service Ogury's publisher partnerships within the DACH region

·  The Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company and is effectively the general manager of a defined book of business

·  With the support of the Senior Director, Publisher Partnerships, this individual will also identify and target new publishers in the region to create further strategic partnerships, negotiate deals and manage relationships.

· The role is ultimately responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds our Publisher's expectations in delivering on our core value propositions, making them money and protecting their brand

· This is a great opportunity to work with some of the top publishers and make an impact in one of the most well-established players in the DACH digital landscape

What you will be doing

• Provide day to day support and mentorship for the local Publisher Partnerships Manager
• Work alongside the local Manager, Publisher Partnerships to manage a portfolio of top Publishers, you will be tasked with providing a great service and creating opportunities to drive further revenues and partnerships with their other properties 
• You will carefully measure and analyse the evolution of our Publishers' performance on a day to day basis and provide recommendations so as to build long-term partnerships
• Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top tier clients.
• Develop a good understanding of technical aspects of our products to be able to onboard our Publishers quickly and successfully.
• Work with stakeholders in the supply and product teams in order to prevent churn on our products.
• Collaborate directly with our internal technical teams and publisher's technical team to ensure successful implementation.

About you

• Fluent speaking in German and English
• Be eligible to live/work in Germany  
• Ideally, you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Capacity to develop and retain customer relationships 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
• You will be commercially minded and have examples of upselling and growing customer accounts
• You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions-based approach with your clients
• You are an excellent communicator, you're able to communicate and collaborate with different teams, from clients to technical teams
• Strong understanding of Internet advertising 
• Proficient in Excel, having an interest in turning data into commercial proposals
