Responsibilities:

Project support for new products
- Provides to the product designer a feasibility confirmation
- Provides to the project manager the data for the production and manufacturing cost (prices/delivery time/performance…)
- Create the specifications for the tool
- Is responsible to order and follow the tool budget
- Track the delivery and is in charge of the reception check
- Participate to the tooling molding test and follow all corrective actions if needed until targeted performance is reached
- Fill the std document of molding report for the gates
- Keep the tool document updated

Production support for existing products
- Take part of molding experience plan and troubleshooting diagnostics
- Take care of tool provider communication and tool logistic
- Participate to the continuous improvement (tool maintenance / process improvement)
- Support the project manager and product designer in case of product evolution

Tooling service
- Report the lessons learned to the global tooling team
- Help to maintain update the tool standard and to improve existing documents
- Report the lessons learned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Material and manufacturing knowledges
Technical analysis skill
Fluent Level Polish and English mandatory
