Technical Success Manager - IT Asset Management
If you are a technical expert with a passion for customer success and thrive at the intersection of IT systems and customer support, this opportunity is for you. As a Technical Success Manager for Lansweeper's IT solutions, you'll oversee the technical health and optimization of our platform at customer sites, ensuring robust deployments and successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Onboarding & Guidance

  • Lead the onboarding of strategic and enterprise customers to our new cloud offering.
  • Offer expert technical guidance on configuration and deployment to ensure success and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct configuration assessments to align customer setups with their objectives.


Process Development

  • Contribute to defining and implementing scalable technical processes to enhance support and performance for key customers.


Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align technical solutions with customer goals for all Lansweeper use cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to boost product health and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver training on product features to drive adoption and increase usage.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify and escalate upsell opportunities to Sales and Partner teams.


Customer Health Monitoring

  • Monitor the technical health of customer installations, ensuring configuration best practices for success.
  • Advocate for customers, communicating their technical needs across departments to meet and exceed expectations.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in network administration, system architecture, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong expertise in network configuration, IT asset tracking, and system administration.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A+ or Networking Certification required.


Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in network discovery tools and IT security.
  • Experience working with Lansweeper.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or Customer 360 platforms.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Office 365.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong advocacy skills for technical needs.
