Your role includes managing payroll, HR projects, fleet management, and addressing employee inquiries. Most importantly, you'll create an outstanding work experience.

The Role Join Lansweeper as an HR Officer in our Belgium and UK offices. Enhance employee experiences and manage the employee lifecycle. This in-office role is based in Merelbeke, Belgium.
Responsibilities: Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Handle payroll accurately, including wages, commissions, and bonuses.
- Manage HR and employee benefits programs for Belgium and the UK.
- Oversee fleet management and handle car park inquiries.
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain data entry in HRIS and benefits portals.
- Contribute to HR projects for continuous improvement.
Workplace Experience
- Be a culture ambassador with a focus on office management.
- Oversee facilities, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Collaborate with the event committee for company events.
- Manage daily operations, correspondence, and support travel.
- Handle HR and office expenses globally.
- Seek enhancements to office functionality and employee experience.
