We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support and assist customers with resolving technical challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure swift issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Eperience in maintenance in food factories
- Knowledge of plumbing and flexible and rigid piping, dosing pumps, pneumatics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of the Hebrew language (mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Driver's license required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and installations for application equipment of cleaning and disinfecting for food factories especially
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Offer guidance on best practices and optimize customer use of our products/services
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to provide effective solutions
