The Talent Management Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, internal consultant, and project manager for Talent Management programs and projects. This role supports talent programs to identify and develop talent, create talent pipelines, & promote career progression and drive a culture of high-performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researches, proposes, designs, implements, maintains, and evaluates enterprise-wide talent management processes and programs such as performance management, career development, mentoring, talent review, & succession planning
- Oversees the annual performance evaluation process, setting timelines, coordinating communications, developing materials, facilitating training, and deploying the process
- Designs and maintains learning materials, resources, and tools for talent management programs and processes
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to build and execute Talent Management strategies.
- Researches, evaluates and proposes Talent Management best practices to management.
- Compiles, analyzes, monitors and reports against key metrics to diagnose and evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
- Facilitates project meetings and learning events
- Defines and maintains job qualifications, including competencies, skills, and work experiences

Work Hours
Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises Travel up to 5%

Experience
- Five years Human Resources, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development or a relevant discipline Two years implementing Talent Management programs and initiatives Talent technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone on Demand
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.
