Summary:
In this role, you will support key talent initiatives by managing projects, coordinating communications, tracking performance metrics, and addressing employee concerns to ensure exceptional service. You will drive problem-solving efforts, balance multiple priorities, monitor key milestones, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. As a proactive and collaborative team member, you will stay informed on industry trends, leverage feedback for continuous growth, and take ownership of delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of talent programs, ensuring efficient scheduling, milestone tracking, and streamlined coordination of processes.
- Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of platforms such as Workday and MentorcliQ; support AI-supported or automated processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Conduct research on talent management trends, perform basic data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, trend identification), and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and maintain internal talent messaging, including emails, presentations, articles, and one-pagers; update and manage Talent Management intranet content.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare materials in advance, and ensure seamless execution of talent-related discussions and initiatives.
- Oversee talent management inboxes, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as necessary to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Organize and update a centralized resource hub with templates, guides, and best practices to support HR teams in talent-related initiatives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management to support continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 or more years of experience required.
- Some Knowledge of Workday Database preferred.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Ability to efficiently handle routine tasks and prioritize effectively in response to urgent or non-routine needs.
- Proven ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining high service standards.
- Experience developing project plans, setting priorities, and tracking progress to meet key milestones.
- Ability to identify and allocate necessary resources for project success.
- Strong problem-solving skills to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to absorb and apply new knowledge from training, experience, or feedback.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
