The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator is a key partner in managing recruiting, hiring, and HR operations activities while building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Often providing candidates with their first impression of eHealth, this role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and efficient hiring experience. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to broaden their experience and contribute to the success of a top-tier recruiting organization. 

This is a temporary assignment beginning April 2025 and ending September 2025. You must be available to work for the full duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities 

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Support: 

·       Schedule a high volume of interviews, primarily remote via Teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

·       Communicate with candidates regarding recruiting status, providing updates via phone and email. 

·       Review background checks, follow up with candidates as needed, and coordinate with other teams to finalize decisions. 

·       Create and maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. 

·       Process hiring details and employee updates within HR systems. 

·       Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings to align hiring decisions. 

·       Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency. 

·       Assist in additional recruiting activities as required. 

·       Conduct virtual employment verifications and ensure timely, accurate completion of Form I-9. 

·       Support Day 1 New Hire Orientation to ensure a positive onboarding experience. 

HR Operations Support: 

·       Provide support to HR Ops Analysts through administrative tasks and special projects. 

·       Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leave of absence. 

·       Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. 

·       Collaborate with non-HR teams on cross-functional projects as needed. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

·       Exceptional customer service focus, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

·       Bachelor’s degree. 

·       1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related customer service role. 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word. 

·       Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, or other HRIS platforms. 

·       Solid understanding of HR and employment laws. 

·       Exposure to project management tools and workflows. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Strong calendar management and scheduling skills. 

·       Experience processing background checks. 

·       Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities. 

·       Strong oral and written communication skills.

The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
