About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and improve how Tebra attracts and selects new hires. Their responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, and maintaining databases with candidate information. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.
Your Area of Focus
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to coordinate interviews
- Maintain and prioritize a positive candidate experience by responding quickly to emails and phone calls
- Screen candidate resumes in ATS (Greenhouse)
- Candidate outreach to schedule time with TA Partners
- Maintain candidate tracking processes in systems (Greenhouse, Asana, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Schedule interviews and meetings (Greenhouse, Google Calendar)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes where needed
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Organize our employee referral and agency submittal process
- Contact applicants, as needed
Your Professional Qualifications
- 1-2 years of coordinating experience
- Experience working within a Human Resources or People team
- Ability to adjust where needed in an agile environment
- Ability to prioritize projects and responsibilities as necessary
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
