All about the role:

Business Controller Inbound & Indirect Material is a true business partner on Group level organization and cooperates with many functions such as finance, purchasing, and manufacturing, focused across all product lines and services. It’s providing financial support and visibility to business leaders while acting as a change manager within the controlling.

In detail, you will:

• Coordinate financial reporting of Inbound and Indirect Material costs on the Group level - budget, revision, and actuals – for performance and operational KPIs follow-up

• Analyze and explain the financial development of Inbound and Indirect Material costs on
  Group level on a continuous basis (deviations vs budget/revision)

• Implement the standardization of process and reporting methodology within spares operations controlling

• Provide financial support for preparing business cases, investment requests, and regular follow-up of projects

• Closely cooperate with other functions: finance, purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain

• Support management business decisions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience with controlling/financial or logistics background

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office

• MS Access/SQL/Power BI knowledge is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and under constant time pressure

• Ability of numerical interpretation

• Scrupulousness & Preciseness

• Creativity in solving problems

• Knowledge of logistics will be an advantage

• Good communication skills
