Job Description

We are looking for a Learning Consultant to manage Workday operations and learning programs. You will curate courses, track enrolments, and collaborate with experts to enhance learning experiences. If you have Workday expertise, a keen interest in communication, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, this role is for you!
 

We are looking for a 12-month parental cover to start as soon as possible
 

Core Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing all operational activities related to Workday and associated SharePoint pages for our Skill Families. This includes creating and curating courses, uploading training modules, and tracking enrolments and completions. They will also evaluate programs to ensure they meet our high standards.

  • Create and implement strong communication learning offerings to engage all relevant colleagues.

  • Track and analyze learning reports and analytics for facilitators and leaders to ensure effective program delivery.

  • Plan and coordinate learning interventions and solutions, working closely with both internal and external tutors and vendors.

  • Share learning and development expertise to support skills and learning development within the teams

  • Collaborate with partners, Skill Family Leaders, Skill Leads, and SMEs to ensure project scope is met and deliverables are on track.

  • Lead projects aimed at improving learning and development processes, tools, and systems, fostering innovation in learning approaches and training methods

This role sits within the PPC Learning Organization and sits in a team of skills specialists who work to support and build learning priorities shared with us from our Skills Families.
 

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate has experience with Workday and how to manage learning processes and SharePoint design. In addition, we hope you bring experience with designing communication plans and the ability to own and drive product (learning intervention) development, including delivery planning and co-ordination of internal/external tutors. Finally, MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions is more than welcome.
