Core Responsibilities
This role takes ownership for ensuring a strong and seamless connection between all S&OP meetings and adjacent processes. Maintaining oversight of and ensuring traction on all S&OP actions and process developments to ensure the process remains relevant and high functioning.
Process Ownership: Overall responsible for the cycle storyline and effective preparations into Pre S&OP and Exec S&OP. Coordinate all materials associated with Pre S&OP meeting, including state of affairs, decision request, key messages. Ensure robust follow up and secure red thread between cycle meetings by actively leading S&OP action log.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with key specialists and leaders across supply chain, commercial, finance and more to ensure data accuracy, insightful analysis, and see opportunities for optimization and standardization.
Team engagement: Collaborate as a member of the Global S&OP team, reporting directly to the Head of Global S&OP, and Business Enabling. Ensure consistency in materials, messaging, and governance across global S&OP initiatives. Assist in preparing materials for Executive S&OP reviews and provide ad hoc analyses as needed. Support team resilience by providing structured back up to your peers during periods of absence or peak workload.
Process governance & improvement: Uphold the integrity of all S&OP decision making through strong data governance in collaboration with input providers and Supply Chain BI team. Lead cross-functional teams to address actions in cycle as well as deliver effective and timely process improvements.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a critical global function within the LEGO Group with the overall purpose of optimizing the balance between supply and demand. It has high focus and attention throughout the organization, all the way up to Executive management and continues to be integral to the company’s success.
We partner the full value chain to understand the evolving risk profile of both demand and supply and ultimately secure the needed trade-off decisions.

Do you have what it takes?
The preferred candidate has prior experience of handling critical or confidential information in a manner which adheres to internal policies. Strong e2e supply chain understanding including some years’ experience working in supply/demand planning roles in a global organization. Outstanding collaborator and mentorship skills including strong self-awareness. And ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences from deep functional specialists to executive leaders. Preferably also experience in a sales and operations planning role.
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following
- A degree in economics, supply chain or related subject and/or relevant experience in an international business environment
- Strong eye for business with ability to think “bigger picture” whilst also being comfortable in the details.
- Problem solving capabilities. Identify and resolve issues in a collaborative manner.
- A self-starter mentality, highly persistent and with a can-do attitude.
- Experience working across different functional areas and time zones, both online and offline.
- Outstanding English language skills, written and oral, with the ability to make complex messages simple for a broad audience to understand.
- High IT literacy, including SAP and Microsoft office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Power BI.
