Are you passionate about improving engineering and manufacturing processes and putting theory into practice, then join us in the Performance & Quality management team!
Core responsibility:  
In this role you will drive and support activities around our quality and industrialization ambition in the Mould supply and technology organization. This includes development of the business towards a more industrialized supply chain setup as well ensuring that injection moulds are delivered First Time Through. 
More specifically you will:
-    Drive the project that will ensure we have a strong, aligned setup for quality data
-    Ensure that engineering skills are build into and used in our processes
-    Analyse data to give insights into current business processes
-    Relate to a broad range of stakeholders from development of new elements to production of LEGO bricks
-    Support leadership teams with business insight and analysis
Other than driving business value, our team enjoys the social aspects of work, of which we look forward to your contribution to!
Do you have what it takes?
-    Strong knowledge of engineering or manufacturing/production processes 
-    Data analytics skills e.g. powerBI and Excel
-    Proficiency in English both verbal and written good communication skills
-    Engineering or similar educational background (or Msc. Tech., broad range)
It is an advantage if you have:
-    Knowledge of injection moulding and/or engineering design
-    Knowledge of Quality management (E.I. FMEA)
-    A structured approach
