As Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be part of the Tools & Outdoor Finance Analytics team with the responsibility for deploying analytic tools to enable forecasting process automation. As a Sr Finance Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with key business partners across finance functional teams (Brand, Commercial, Engineering & Supply Chain) to improve forecast accuracy, conduct feedback review sessions, and manage progress milestone deliverable meetings.
- Leverage analytical expertise to drive automation in forecast accuracy initiatives, enhance finance’s analytical capabilities, and contribute to the organization’s financial health.
- Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and enterprise data-related projects, providing recommendations and comprehensive analysis to support objective decision-making.
- Provide financial insights for sales forecasting initiatives, effectively communicate financial information, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, Analyze financial impact, prepare detailed reports, and develop financial dashboards to track performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance, Analytics or Accounting.
- 2-4 years of prior related experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
