The Role
The Administrative/Financial Assistant will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Director of Media Operations. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including handling financial transactions, and providing general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Support
- Conduct platform reviews
- Make flowcharts and process flows
- Assist in auditing tasks and reporting financial issues to the billing and finance team
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives
- Assist with data entry and data management and documentation tasks
- Preparation of monthly decks in conjunction with team leads
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree recommended
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support roles
- Strong organizational time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze data and present results accurately
- Process Improvement initiatives
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
