We are seeking a proactive Sr. Tech Ops Specialist to oversee financial operations, external workforce coordination, procurement operations, and vendor management. This role will act as a product partner, driving collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic insights to support product and business goals.

A background in vendor management, finance, procurement, or related fields is ideal, with experience in stakeholder management, project management, or financial processes. You could come from various professional areas, such as IT, Procurement, Purchasing, or Finance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Foster strong collaboration with internal partners, Procurement, and vendors to ensure seamless alignment and identify cost efficiency gains

  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently

  • Lead efforts with Competence Leads, Engineering Delivery Heads, and Product Teams in hiring and onboarding external consultants

  • Drive onboarding and offboarding processes for external workforce, ensuring smooth execution of asset-related responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring accountability and consistency to quality standards

  • Oversee vendor contract renewals, generate Purchase Orders, and manage goods received with a focus on timeliness and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial overviews, including annual budgets and total cost of ownership (TCO) for product teams

  • Serve as a trusted partner to Corporate Product Technology, Procurement, and Finance, delivering vendor and product-specific insights and expertise

You will join as a Senior Tech Ops Specialist (TOS) in the Tech Program Management team within Corporate Products Technology (CPT) under Digital Technology.

CPT includes product teams that develop and support digital solutions for people processes, finance, procurement, service management, and facilities. These teams combine engineers specializing in low-code/no-code configuration and programming.

CPT is supported by three enabling teams: Design, Agile Coaching, and Technical Program Management.

You will be driving processes to streamline communication and collaboration between finance, vendors, procurement, product management, and engineering, with a focus on optimizing workflows across products and supporting multi-functional initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience managing vendor contracts, procurement, and performance reviews

  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and Total Cost of Ownership analysis

  • Ability to onboard and offboard external consultants efficiently while ensuring asset accountability

  • Comfortable working across teams / functions (Procurement, Finance, Product, and Vendors) to align on goals and improve processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and in tools like Excel and PowerBI

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or workforce operations

  • Strong financial competence, with knowledge of budgets and TCO

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
