Then bring your program management expertise to the table and help shape the way we deliver and implement our sustainability program across the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as program manager for selected sustainability initiatives that cuts across the Sustainability Program

  • Drive and evolve the LEGO Group sustainability community of +200 colleagues ensuring relevant engagement activities through a structured yearly plan

  • Drive implementation of ways of working according to our program governance model

  • Streamline efficient support model towards the sustainability program from our partners in e.g. Finance, PO&D, Legal, Procurement)

  • Drive design and implementation of key sustainability processes according to ISO 14001

  • Identify capability needs across the program and set up the right capability initiatives together with partners

The Sustainability team is responsible for strategic direction, planning and target setting for the LEGO Group sustainability efforts. It delivers deep thought leadership within many different domain areas such as circularity, carbon, materials and nature as well as strong program management enabling the LEGO Group Sustainability Program in driving impact and results across the LEGO Group.

You become part of the Central Program management team which reports directly to the CSO. Our key priority is to help our CSO to drive and facilitate the Sustainability Program. The position is subject to get significant exposure to senior management and our CSO. You will get a wide playing field where you will get abundant opportunities to impact and deliver results.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track record in program management delivering results e.g. within sustainability area through projects and programs

  • Strong results in delivering efficiency through optimizing processes and ways of working

  • Experience from sustainability consultancy is preferable

  • Excellent engagement and relationship skills

  • Excellent in problem solving and transforming analysis into concrete action plans and implementation

  • Strong communication skills e.g. establish story-lining and building strong communication material
