This is a temporary paternity cover for 7 months. Relocation support is not offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

The Quality Manager (QM) are supporting product development teams with facilitation and mentoring risk-based quality assurance. QM plays a key role in specifying quality requirements and test methods to validate these to ensure we continue providing outstanding play experiences.

Also, lead quality assurance and testing activities and methods prioritized product development projects. And act as sparring partner to the project managers throughout the development phase with regards to quality and risk management.

  • Facilitate the translation of product requirements into clearly specified quality requirements, understand the CTQs, and secure executable test plans.
  • Call out product quality risks, facilitate quality risk mitigations, and follow through during the product development process.
  • Actively seek comprehensive understanding of issues, opportunities, and risk impact from a quality point of view.
  • Identify improvement areas within functional area by new ways of working and mentor and share knowledge with internal colleagues.

Do you have what it takes?

We imagine the preferred Candidate to enjoy being engaged in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, where you can benefit from your strong facilitation and communicative skills.

Also, some previous work experience in a similar quality assurance role in a product development set-up working with preventive quality management, preferably from a larger global company. Moreover:

  • Expertise within quality as part of the value chain and understand the impact of good quality through the whole value chain from idea to final product.
  • Worked with a risk-based approach to product development.
  • Knowledge about DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English – both oral and written are needed since we are an international gathered team.
