Core Responsibilities
- Coach managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mentality.
- Be a driver of LCI implementation
- Support major improvement activities
- Participate in working together with other LEGO entities to ensure alignment
- Develop/arrange and conduct LCI training
- Implement, own, develop, support and continuously use global standards and feedback with improvement points to other global owners

Reporting to LCI Senior Director the colleague will be expected to work across departments and be able to influence, coach and challenge the Managers in adopting and implementing LCI. The main focus will be to implement LCI behaviors & mentality, processes and productivity with the aim of building organization capabilities and to support major improvement activities.
The role will be a part of the local LCI network with expected support to the global LCI agenda, supporting, developing, owning and implementing global standards.
Initiate, drive and facilitate VSMs / Mappings to see where and how to improve and solve current problems and bottlenecks.
The role will coach in the LCI Leadership Behaviors that support and enable the effective application of tools and processes.
Do you have what it takes
- Previous professional experience in Operations Management, e.g., lean manufacturing, lean product development etc.
- Focus on productivity, experienced in VSM / Mapping
- Hands on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean processes
- Experience of coaching/working with Management to secure mandate and support for Lean initiatives
- Experience with participating and succeeding through teamwork, local networks and global networks
- Experience as an internal or external consultant/coach would be an advantage
- Have thorough experience, performing Value Stream Mapping, and can show proven results in terms of lead-time reduction, quality increase, cost reduction etc.
- Ability to lead and coordinate new activities across a multiple area
- Ability to apply change- and stakeholder management techniques in order to move the organization into Lean working methods and new mentalities
- Good level of knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
