Talent is at the heart of everything we do, and finding the right people is key to our success. As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent across corporate and technical roles, ensuring we continue to build high-performing teams.
You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, leverage market insights, and build talent pipelines that keep us ahead in the competitive tech landscape and help us shape the future of Coveo’s talent strategy.
As our Senior Talent Sourcer, you will:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for technical and corporate roles.
- Utilize advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and market trends.
- Provide data-driven insights and enablement on talent availability, salary trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to refine outreach messaging, optimize engagement strategies and build content that will engage our key audience.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 6+ years of proven experience sourcing for corporate and technical roles, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
- Deep knowledge of market trends, talent landscapes, and best practices in recruitment.
- Excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.

- Ability to act as a strategic advisor, providing hiring teams with insights and recommendations.
