As the Senior Field and Demand Generation Manager at Strada, you will bring you marketing expertise to our Professional Services division across North America. This role will be pivotal in driving demand generation, enhancing Strada´s differentiation in the market, increasing customer intimacy and fueling growth.
This role will need to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with the North American sales leadership team and collaborating with marketing peers globally. Your experience and skills will be essential in boosting demand generation, increasing Strada´s brand awareness and generating sales opportunities for our North American sales organization.
This role includes managerial responsibilities and will report directly to the Marketing Lead for North America and UKI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional, digital-first marketing strategy focused on demand generation (MQO/SQO) to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain regular, two-way communication with sales and leadership teams regarding marketing programs and initiatives.
- Lead and develop high-performing marketing programs that deliver results-oriented demand generation across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored sales messaging and experiences for key client and prospect engagements.
- Represent Strada at regional trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities using CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Foster close collaboration and enhance partner programs with leading technology providers in your region to drive demand.
- Work with the global marketing team to roll out local campaigns and actively contribute to their execution.
- Management responsibility for both marketing and sales development rep resources.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the North American market.
- Industry experience in Outsourcing Services, Professional Services, Software, or Technology, preferably in payroll and/or Human Resources, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market requirements and complex technical features into cohesive value propositions and well-conceived marketing programs.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality, capable of executing campaigns independently.
- Experience with content creation, marketing automation tools, and lead nurturing.
- Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and sales processes, with a track record of delivering successful demand generation programs.
- Deep expertise in electronic and social marketing strategies and programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with expert presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, international, and complex matrix environment.
- Ideally, prior experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) marketing.
- Preferably, marketing experience across both private and public sectors.
- Previous experience in team management.

130,100 USD
