The Vertical Marketing Specialist will support our overall marketing and sales efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to support the eMed brand and sales organization. You will be working to engage key targets and customers through projects and campaigns ranging from brand awareness to product promotion to sales enablement. A Vertical Marketing Specialist should be a competent and proactive professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends, sales cycle processes, customer insights and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in marketing concepts, brand principles, messaging development, and digital channel tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our sales organization, elevate eMed’s corporate brand and reputation, and drive future growth for the organization. This role is a full-time in-the-office position in Miami, FL.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- All aspects for fundamental marketing principles, strategies and tactics
- Proactively align marketing strategies and tactics with sales objectives
- Analyze sales funnels, market data and customer insights
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, engagement, conversions and sales effectiveness
- Track digital campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Provide data, recommendations and tools to enable and support sales team goals
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Experience in marketing campaign tactics, data analytics and digital tools preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and has a growth mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Experience with marketing campaign planning, budgets, and vendor management
- Development of sales enablement tools
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
